Loan Vision Hits Their Second Customer Milestone of 2020, Signs 175th Mortgage Lender

October 30, 2020 – Greensburg, PA — With mortgage lenders shifting their focus to upgrading back-office technologies in light of the market boom, a myriad of originators are choosing Loan Vision as their preferred accounting system. The signing of Pittsburgh-based Victorian Mortgage marks the 175th customer signed since the launch of the solution in 2013 and the 34th in 2020 alone. Originally launched seven years ago at the MBA Technology Solutions Conference & Expo, Loan Vision has seen intense expansion since, hitting double-digit revenue growth every year since.

“It’s incredible what we’ve been able to accomplish since our 5-person outfit seven years ago and 2020 is slated to be our best year yet,” expressed Martin Kerr, President of Loan Vision. “We strive to be the best option for mortgage accounting departments and the trust our customers and partners have placed in us is a testament to that intention.”

Much of the trust Kerr speaks about spurs from his organization’s overwhelming dedication to supporting the system’s users. From the pragmatic approach when implementing the software to the multiple virtual and in-person educational opportunities, every member of the Loan Vision team consistently shows that they are committed to the success of each and every lender using their solution.

“Over the years, we have spent countless hours making sure our implementation and support processes are as smooth for the customer as possible,” explains Ben Saunders, Director of Deployment at Loan Vision. “A big part of reaching that goal was discerning which consultants were strongest in the different areas of the system and assigning them the tasks related to those areas.”

The honing of their training and implementation processes and overall focus on efficiency has enabled Loan Vision to practice what it preaches and drive for constant process improvement and maximum efficiency, not just in its software but also its internal process. Saunders continued “We add team members when needed, and are constantly monitoring resource usage, but we do our customers’ wallets a disservice by adding frivolously. The team has grown steadily but our goal is to constantly improve the process and be as efficient as we can, without ever losing quality.”

This approach has also been adopted by the Support Department, with inquiries and development projects being filtered to the consultant most equipped to aid the system users. With a more streamlined operation, consultants don’t feel overextended and are able to better serve the customers.
