Actions speak louder than words.

And we have a platform where our actions can reach a good many people, raising awareness for organizations that are making a difference in the lives of those who may not have had the best hand dealt to them.

This is why we’ve launched Loan Vision Giving Back. Starting November 1st, we will partner with a charity of our choice for an entire year, raising both awareness and financial support.

For the inaugural year, Loan Vision Giving Back is partnering with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

What does JDRF do?

They are leading the fight against type 1 diabetes (T1D) by funding research, advocating for policies that accelerate access to new therapies, and providing a support network for millions of people around the world impacted by T1D. The research conducted by JDRF has two core objectives: to cure T1D and improving the lives of those affected until a cure is found.

"So what is Loan Vision doing?"

Great question!

We kicked off our partnership with a $10,000 donation that was matched by other anonymous donors for a total of $20,000.

We are also participating in the JDRF Virtual One Walk. JDRF has set the overall goal at 1.6 million miles to reflect the 1.6 million Americans living with T1D; to support this, in the words of the Scottish greats, The Proclaimers, we will walk (at least) 500 miles at Loan Vision.

We’ll also be sharing facts and stories from those with T1D, as well as updates on our initatives, in our monthly newsletter and periodically on our social media outlets.

"How can we help with this initiative?"

Another fantastic question.

Help us raise awareness by participating in the Virtual One Walk.

Share our initiative on your own social media pages.

While we love the gifts and appreciation we receive each year during the holiday season, this year we’re asking for something a little different. If you’re looking to send something to the office or show your appreciation, we ask that you check out the “Donate!” link above and help support the fight against Type 1 Diabetes.
