We've Joined Microsoft's Inner Circle

A few weeks ago, our team received an email that we were selected to join the 2017/2018 Inner Circle for Microsoft Dynamics. We are absolutely honored to be one of only 60 businesses worldwide to join such a prestigious group of Microsoft’s top thinkers and doers.

To give a bit of background, the Inner Circle membership is granted to Microsoft partners who have not only had superior sales performance, but those who have also operated under the highest standards, demonstrating a true commitment to customer success and designing solutions that continues to make their users’ business processes easier. Needless to say, it is incredible to receive such recognition after serving in the mortgage banking industry for only four years.

After celebrating the news with the team, we headed to Washington, D.C. for the official recognition event hosted at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of Natural History, an incredible venue for networking and great evening spent with the rest of the award recipients.

There are all sorts of benefits to Inner Circle membership. The Microsoft Dynamics team assigns each member an executive sponsor to use throughout the membership year. One of the most exciting perks is that all members are afforded greater access to Microsoft resources, meaning that it is now even more possible to build a closer relationship with the world’s leading software provider.

The criteria set by the Microsoft team to join the Inner Circle reflects a change in business and the need for companies to continually prove their commitment to customer success again and again through their actions, not just their words. Today, it is no longer enough to just innovate and leverage technology. Modern businesses are seeking out a personal touch and dedicated relationship with their vendors as well.

Industry leading organizations like Microsoft make a point to recognize partners who dedicate themselves to the highest level of service, and it has become a trend for a good reason. The future of business will be led by those who spend early mornings and late nights designing technology to accommodate the ever-changing industry need.
